Booking & Reservations
How can I book a stay at your guest house?
You can book directly through our website using the booking form, or contact us via phone or email for assistance.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
We do not require a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment up front or on arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made 0 – 1 Days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Can I modify my booking dates after confirmation?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
Guest House Amenities & Services
Is WiFi available at the guest house?
Yes, we offer free high-speed WiFi in all rooms and common areas.
Do you provide breakfast?
Yes, we offer breakfast every morning between 8 AM and 9:45AM.
Is parking available?
Yes, we provide free secure parking for all guests.
Do the rooms have air conditioning or heating?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, we provide laundry services at an additional charge. Please ask reception for details.
Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 11 AM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need early or late check-in or check-out, please let us know in advance.
Do you offer self-check-in?
Apart for our normal check-in & check-out time, if you are likely to arrive or depart outside of normal hours, please let us know before hand so we can make the necessary arrangements.
